<br /> THIS DEED entered into this 21st day of November, 1973 by and
<br /> between Arthur C. Mayer, Executor under the Last Will and Testament of
<br /> Eleanor K. Isdell, deceased, Grantor, and Trinity Lutheran Church-
<br /> Missouri Synod, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a corporation,
<br /> Grantee.
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, being the duly appointed, qualified
<br /> and acting �xecutor of Eleanor K. Isdell, deceased, under her Last Will
<br /> and Testament, which was admitted to probate in the County Court bf
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska in Estate No. 8861, by virtue of the power and
<br /> authority granted and directed to him under said Will, and in con-
<br /> sideration of the sum of Twenty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
<br /> ($22,500.00) to him paid by the Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain, sell, remise,
<br /> release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, its successors and
<br /> a.ssigns, the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> The Westerly Forty-Eight and Eight_Tenths Feet (48.8 �)
<br /> of Lot Two (2) , in Block Forty-Two (42) , in Russell
<br /> Wheeler 's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
<br /> tenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and also all of
<br /> the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
<br /> demand whatsoever, which the said Testatrix had in her lifetime, and at
<br /> the time of her decease, and which the said Grantor has by virtue of
<br /> the said Last Will and Testament, or oth'erwise, of in or to the above
<br /> granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof with the appur-t�n-
<br /> ances;
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises with the hereditaments and
<br /> appurtenances thereof unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns,
<br /> forever.
<br /> � Grantor for himself, his successors, heirs, executors, and ad-
<br /> ministrators covenants with Grantee that he is lawfully the Executor
<br /> under the Last Will and Testament of Eleanor Ko Isdell, deceased;
<br /> that he is lawfully seized of said premises; that said premises are
<br /> free from encumbrance and that he has the power to convey the same;
<br /> that he has in all respects acted, in making this conveyance, pursuant
<br /> to the authority granted him under the Last Will and Testament of
<br /> Eleanor K. Isdell, deceased; that he has not done, made, nor suffered
<br /> any act, matter or thing whatsoever since he has been executor,
<br /> whereby said premises or any part thereof, are, shall, or may be
<br /> impressed, charged, or encumbered in any manner whatsoever.

<br /> Estate of Eleanor K. Isdell, deceased, and to me known to be the identical
<br /> person described in and who executed the foregoing Executor 's Deed, �nd
<br /> he acknowledged his execution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed
<br /> as such Executor for the purposes therein set forth.
