EXECUTOR' S _DEED
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> That THEODORE W, FRICKE, Executor of the Estate of Lura A. Shouse,
<br /> Deceased, and pursuant to the authority granted him by the Last Will and
<br /> Testament of the said Lura A. Shouse, Deceased, and in consideration of the
<br /> sum of Eighty-four Thousand, Eight Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($84,800.00)
<br /> in hand paid to him by the Grantees, hereby grants, conveys, and confirms
<br /> unto RAYNOND E. ETMUND and DOROTHY A. ETMUND, husband and wife, as
<br /> joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the
<br /> following described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> The North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N/2 SE/4) and
<br /> the South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S/2 NE/4) of
<br /> Section Eighteen (18), Township Twelve (12) North, Range
<br /> Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska r
<br /> subject to easements of record;
<br /> together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging,
<br /> and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of the said
<br /> Executor, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
