<br /> between John R: Brownell, Referee in partition suit proceedings pend-
<br /> ing. in the District Court of Ha11 County, Nebraska in Case No. �8564
<br /> wherein'Rudo7.f ,Brunholtz is plaintiff and Henry TeicYuneier, et al,
<br /> axe defendants, Grantor, and Lill.ie Teichmeier is Grantee;
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, being the duly appointed, qualif ied, �
<br /> and acting Referee in said par:�ition suit proceedings, by virtue of
<br /> the order therein of the District Court of Ha11 County, Nebraska
<br /> directing the Grantor to convey the f ollowing described premises to

<br /> has by virtue of being the Referee in said partition suit proceedings,
