C��aa�ty Nebraska <br />said Deed of Trust being in favor of Five Points Ban�c, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee <br />and Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust. <br />Said default under the terms of said Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of nonpayment of <br />the payments as they became due and payable under a Promissory Note da.ted June 5, 2008, and <br />designated as Loan No. 101 Z 16703, in the principal sum of FORTY-FNE THOUSAND ONE <br />HLJNDRED THIRTY AND 50/100 DOLLARS ($45,130.50), with a total principal balance due <br />and owing as of January 19, 2012, of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND ONE HIJNDRED TWENTY- <br />FIVE AND 21/100 DOLLARS ($18,125.21), unpaid interest of THREE HIJNDRED TWENTY <br />AND 41/100 DOLLARS ($320.41), for a total pay offof NIlVET'EEN THOUSAND FORTY-FNE <br />AND 43/100 DOLLARS ($19,045.43), and per diem interest accruing at the rate of $3.60 from and <br />after January 19, 2012. <br />In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to Trustee, Five Points Bank, for all fees and costs <br />associated with this default and recovery pursuant to Nebraska Sta.tute §76-1012. <br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Five Points Bank, has determined to sell or cause to be <br />sold the trust property to satisfy the obliga�ions refened to above. <br />The default may be cured within Thirty (30) da.ys of the filing of this Notice, and the <br />obligations of the Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in Nebraska.
