<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, the undersigned is, and at all times herein
<br /> mentioned, has been the duly appointed, qualified and acting
<br /> Conservator of the Estate of Isabel A. Soper, and,
<br /> • WHEREAS, in a proceeding duly brought for that purpose, the
<br /> undersigned was duly licensed by the Honorable Edward Dixon, �
<br /> District County Judge for Hall County, Nebraska, to sell the .
<br /> following described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Ten (10) in Block Twenty-six (26) in
<br /> Gilbertts Third Addition to the City of �
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br /> WHEREAS, after filing the proper oath, the time for s�l
<br /> sale was duly fixed, and after giving proper notice of the time
<br /> and place of sale as required by law, the undersigned on the
<br /> 29th day of August, 1973, at the premises commencing at 4:00
<br /> p.m. , being the time and place specif ied in said notice, duly
<br /> offered such real estate for sale at public vendue, and after
<br /> keeping said sale open for one hour, duly sold said real estate
<br /> to Clyde H. Christensen and Wi1ma E. Christensen, as joint tenants
<br /> ` and not as tenants in common, for the sum of Ten Thousand Fifty
<br /> Dollars ($10,050.00), they being the highest bidders therefor,
<br /> which sale was thereafter duly confirmed by the Distr�ict County •
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the said Court at the time of confirmation of 'such '
<br /> sale duly directed the undersigned on compliance by Clyde H.
<br /> Christensen and Wilma E. Christensen, as joint tenants and not '
<br /> as tenants in common, with their: bid, to make, execute' and �
<br /> deliver to the said C1yde H. Christensen and Wilma E. Christens�n,
<br /> husband and wife, as joint tex�ants and not as tenants in common,
<br /> a deed of conveyance of said real estate, conveying all right,
<br /> title and interest of the said Isabel A. Soper, in and to said
<br /> real estate; '
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
<br /> sum of Ten Thous�nd Fifty Dollars ($10,050.00), in `hand paid,
<br /> receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby
<br /> grants, bargains, sells, conveys and confirms all right, title
<br /> and interest of the said Isabel A. Soper in and to the above
<br /> described real estate, unto Clyde H. Christensen and Wi1ma E.
<br /> Christensen, husband and wife, as �oint tenants and not as tenants
<br /> . in common, to have and to hold forever, and hereby covenants that •
<br /> he has not made, done: or suffered act act, manner or thing whatso-
<br /> ever since he was Conservator as aforesa�d whereby, the above
<br /> gra�nted premises, or any part thereof, are, shall or ma,y be
<br /> impeaehed, charged or encumbered in any'manner whatsoever'.
