<br /> to the actual point of beginning, said tract of land containing
<br /> 0.21 acres, more or 1ess, of which the east thirty-three (33) feet
<br /> thereof is a part of the west half of Blaine Street in the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, containing 0.02�+ acres, more or 1ess, as
<br /> shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A” dated August 1973, attached
<br /> hereto and incoriporated herein by reference.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements,
<br /> hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's
<br /> successors and assigns forever.
