<br /> • KNOW ALL MEN BY THE5E FRESENTS; That in pursuance of an
<br /> order of the Honorable Edward Dixon, District County Judge of
<br /> �the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Eleventh Judicial
<br /> District, made on the 9th day of July, 1973, I was licensed by
<br /> said District County Judge to sell at a private sale in the
<br /> manner provided by law the undivided one-third interest in and
<br /> to the hereinafter described land; that in pursuance of the �
<br /> license granted to me and with due diligence, I proceeded to sell
<br /> said undivided one-third interest in and to the hereinafter
<br /> described land at a private sale for the sum of Four Hundred
<br /> Fifty Dollars to Florence Woodan; that said sale was thereupon
<br /> reported to said Edward Dixon, District County Judge of the
<br /> County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Eleventh Judicial District,
<br /> and by him in all things confirmed and I was ordered to make and
<br /> execute a deed of conveyance of said undivided one-third interest
<br /> in and to said land to the said Florence Wooden, the purchaser.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, ,Michael J. Shaug hnessy, Guardian of
<br /> Cynthia LaVaughn Freyermuth, a minor, for and in consideration
<br /> of the premises and the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Dollars so
<br /> paid by the said Florence Wooden, do by these presents grant,
<br /> sell and convey unto the said Florence Wooden and to her heirs
<br /> and assigns the undivided one-third interest in and to the said
<br /> land described as follows, to-wit: An undivided one-third
<br /> interest in and to Lot Four (4) ,. in Block Sixteen (16) , in the
<br /> . Town of Cairo, Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same with all the hereditaments
<br /> and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
<br /> to the said Florence Wooden and to her heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand on this
<br /> 19th day of Jul.y, 1973.
