<br /> Enterprises, and Dorothy Enck, Joan L. Felske, Gayle Haile and ,
<br /> Charlene Niiller, wives of the respective parties, herein called
<br /> the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of NINE THOUSAND
<br /> SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($9,750.00), received from
<br /> grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Duane
<br /> J. Arp, Karen K. NMiller and Joan L. Felske, as tenants in common,
<br /> herein called the grantee whether on� or- more, the following de-
<br /> scribed real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> A certain part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
<br /> Quarter (SE%,NE 4) of Section 'Itaenty-four (24), in Town-
<br /> ship Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th
<br /> P.Ni, , more particularly described as follows : Commencing
<br /> at a point on the East line of said Section 24, 1138.0
<br /> feet North of the Southeast Corner of the NE4 thereof;
<br /> running thence West parallel to the South lix�e of said
<br /> Quarter Section for a distance of 133.0 feet, running
<br /> thence North parallel to ttie East line of said Section
<br /> 24, for a distance of 50 feet; running thence East
<br /> parallel to the South line of said Quarter Section, for
<br /> a distance of 133.0 feet to a point on the East line of
<br /> ' said Section 24; running thence South along and upon
<br /> said East Section line for a distance of 50 feet to the
<br /> actual point of beginning.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belong-
<br /> ing unto the grantee and to granteets heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantee and
<br /> w.ith grantee's heirs and assigns that grantor is lawfully seised
<br /> of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance; that
<br /> grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br /> and that grantor warrants and will defend the title to said
<br /> premises against the lawful claims cf all persons whomsoever.
