<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with ,
<br /> all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
<br /> or in anywise appertaining, unto the said Grantee, its successors and
<br /> assigns, forever.
<br /> And the said Trustees; for themselves and their heirs, executors and
<br /> administrators, do covenant with the Grantes, its successors and assigns,
<br /> that they have not made, done, executed or suffered any act or thing
<br /> whatsoever, whereby the above described premises or any part thereof
<br /> now or at any time herea�ter shall be imperiled, charged or encumbered
