<br /> Grantor, of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, fox and :,in con-
<br /> sideration of the sum of Sixty-Eight Thousand Forty-One and 60/100
<br /> Dollars ($68,041.60) does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br /> confirm unto H & H LAND COMPANY, a Nebraska corporation, the following
