<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I Edwin H. Baasch, Guardia� of the Estate of
<br /> Ingrid Baasch, Incompetent, in consideration of the premi.ses and the
<br /> sum of Seven T1�ousand Six Hundred Fifty and No/100 llollars ($7,650.00)
<br /> so bid and paid by Virginia Barker, and by virtue of the powers
<br /> intrusted in me by said order and proceedings, do by these presents
<br /> grarit, sell and convey unto the said Virginia Barker and unto her
<br /> heirs and assigns, the real estate hereinabove described with all the
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging, to have and to hold the same unto
