<br /> WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, being the duly appointed, qualified
<br /> and acting Executor of Madeline �uinn, deceased, under her Last Will
<br /> and Testament, admitted to probate in the County Court of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska in Estate No. 8675, by virtue of the power and authority grant- �
<br /> ed him under said Will, and in consideration of the sum of Thirteen
