<br /> of curvature, said point being 86 feet northerly from the south line
<br /> of said Southwest Quarter (SW,�—�); thence continuing westerly on a
<br /> 17,108.73 foot radius curve to the right (initial tangent of which
<br /> coincides with the last described course produced) a distance of 644.5
<br /> feet to a point of tangency; thence continuing westerly, tangent, a
<br /> distance of 657.9 feet to a point on the west line of said Southwest
<br /> Quarter (SW,�—�), being the point of beginning,

<br /> (initial tangent of which coincides with the last described �course

<br /> continuing westerly, tangent, a distance of 657.9 feet to a point �

<br /> of beginning, the above described exception being the tracts conveyed
<br /> to Leroy E. Ray recorded in Deed Book 1T0 at Page 297, and Deed Book
<br /> 126 at Page 607, excepting therefrom that part of said tracts conveyed
<br /> by Leroy E. Ray, also known as L. E. Ray, to the State of Nebraska,
<br /> recorded in Deed Book 135 at Page 53, all recorded in the Hall Courity
<br /> Register of Deeds office, and a1T as shown on the plat marked Exhibit
