<br /> 1, Leroy E. Ray, also known as L. �, Ray, died January 1+, 1971, in
<br /> possession of the real estate described belbw in the premises of this instrument.
<br /> 2. The Last Will'and Testament of Leroy E. Ray, together with tYie Codicil
<br /> : " to Last Wi11 and Testamen� of Leroy E. Ray, was duly approved, allowed, adm.itted
<br /> to probate and established as having full force and effect as the Last Wil1 '
<br /> and Testament and Codicil thereta of said deceased in the County Court of Hal1
<br /> County, Nebraska, in Case No. 8086, and the First National Bank of Grand Island,
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, and Phyllis Ray Nyden, are executors and trustees of the
<br /> Last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto of Leroy, E. Ray, Deceased, and as
<br /> � such, are authorized and empowered to convey the below described real estate.

<br /> northerly line of the tract conveyed to Leroy E. Ray recorded in Deed Book 110
<br /> at Pa,ge 297, and the southerly line of the tract conveyed to the Country C1ub
<br /> Holding Association recorded in Deed Book 1�+8 at Page 118, al1 recorded in the
<br /> Ha11 County Register of Deeds office. The boundary line fence separating the
<br /> Leroy E. Ray land and the Country C1ub Holding Association 1and. is located on
<br /> the southern line of the said tract conveyed to the Country C1ub Holding Assoc- .
<br /> iation. Leroy E. Ray exercised possession and control over a11 the land south
<br /> of said boundary line fence for more than ten years. It is by virtue of this
<br /> possession and the location of the boundary line fence that the executors and
<br /> trustees herein convey whatever interest Leroy E. Ray had in said tract of land
<br /> described below to the Grantee City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> NOW, 'I�HEREFORE, the First National Bank of Grand Island Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, and Phyllis Ray Nyden, executors and trustees under the Last Wil1
