<br /> and transfer her marital interest; with the remaining interest now being in the said Grantee,
<br /> Webster P. Augustine, the purpose of this Warranty Deed being so that the entire fee simple
<br /> title to the above described real estate will vest in said Grantee� Webster P. Augustine,
<br /> subject only to the life estate interest in the said Pauline 0. Spethman.
