<br /> Section; l#1 , said point of beginning also being the Northwest Corner of Said Lot 1 Mainland
<br /> Section ll ; thence S 89°14' E along the North Line of said Mainland Section 11 , Said North �
<br /> line also being the North L3ne of Said Lot 1 and Lot 2 Mainland Section 11 , a distance of
<br /> two thousand fi,ft�r-three and eighty-nine hundredtbs (2053.89) feet; thence S 0°27' 15'° W a

<br /> the centerline of a thirty and no hundredths (30.00) feet wide easement for roadway purposes;

<br /> to the point of beginning; said tract containing 100.00 acres more or less of which 0.64
<br /> acre more or less are reserved for a 15' easement for road purposes as described above.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments
<br /> and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs
<br /> and assigns of the survivor of them forever.
<br /> And grantor does hereby covenant with the grantees and with their assigns and with the heirs
<br /> and assigns of the survivor of them that grantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that
<br /> they are free from encumbrance; that grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey
<br /> the same; and that grantor warrants and will defenr� the title to said premises against the
<br /> lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br /> It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either of the
<br /> grantees, the entire fee title to this real property shall vest in the surviving grantee.
