<br /> thereof were published in the Grand Island Daily Independent for three consecutive

<br /> access road right-of-way, such tract being located in Lot 7, Block l, Nelsen
<br /> Second Subdivision, and lying between the north line of the existing access
<br /> road right-of-way and the south line of 01d Potash Highway, as shown on Exhibit
<br /> "A" attached hereto, together with additional right-of-way f'or Old Potash Highway
<br /> and Webb Road, as shown on Exhibit "A"; and the further consideration that the
<br /> , Grantees agree to pay the City for the actual cost of constructing.a thirty-three
<br /> foot wide Portland cement concrete street with curb and gutter and storm sewer
