<br /> The �rantor, GEYERMAN�'�OF�H'ASTINGS, INC. , formerly
<br /> R. D. Geyerman Realty, Inc. , a corporation organized and existing
<br /> under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, in
<br /> consideration of One Thousand Eight Hundred and no/100ths Dollars ($1,800.00) ,
<br /> received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the
<br /> CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br /> a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee,
<br /> the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
