<br /> The �rantor, GEYERMAN�'�OF�H'ASTINGS, INC. , formerly
<br /> R. D. Geyerman Realty, Inc. , a corporation organized and existing
<br /> under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, in
<br /> consideration of One Thousand Eight Hundred and no/100ths Dollars ($1,800.00) ,
<br /> received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the
<br /> CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br /> a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee,
<br /> the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> A triangular tract of land in the northeasterly corner
<br /> of Lot One (1) , Block Sixteen (16), Kernohan and Decker
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more .
<br /> particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot One (1);
<br /> thence running southerly on the easterly line of said Lot
<br /> One (1) for a distance of twenty-five (25) feet; thence
<br /> deflecting right and running northwesterly on a line for a
<br /> distance of thirty-five and thirty-six hundredths (35.36) feet, '
<br /> more or less, to a point twenty-five (25) feet westerly
<br /> from the northeasterly corner of said Lot One (1) and on
<br /> the northerly line of said Lot One (1); thence running easterly
