Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001): <br />Lot Ten (10), and a tract of ground 12 X 40 feet of Lot Nine (9), more particularty described as <br />follows: Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot Nine (9) running thence in a southerly <br />direction, a distance of 40 feet, thence westerly a distance of 12 feet, thence northerly a distance <br />of 40 feet, thence easterly along the alley line of said lot, a distance of 12 feet to the place of <br />beginning, all in Block Five (5), in Gilbert's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly know as 1504-1512 N Eddy, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska <br />Date: <br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company <br />By <br />J n M.
