<br /> his heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> 'I'he Grantor for liimself and his successors does hereby
<br /> covenant with the Grantee that he is authorized in the premises;

<br /> the grant�e's title to said premises; that he conveys the same
<br /> subject to any restrictions and easements of record, and subject
