<br /> � Donna Hayden and Keith Hayden, husband and wife; Martin
<br /> Dever and Nancy Dever, husband and wife; Ronald Dever and Betty
<br /> Dever, husband and wife; Shirley Thomsen. and Duane 'Thomsen,,

<br /> consideration paid, give this deed as a corrective deed for one deed
<br /> given and filed September 13, 1962, in the Office of the Register

<br /> 623, and the consideration received therefrom, does grant, bargain,
<br /> sell, convey and confirm unto Daniel W. Johnson and Viola M. Johnson,
<br /> as joint tenants, with the right of survivorship, and not as tenants
<br /> in common, the following described property in Hall County, Nebraska:
