<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> That whereas, in an action of partition pending in the
<br /> District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Charlotte E.
<br /> Abbott is Plaintiff and the Board of Regents of the Univer-
<br /> sity of Nebraska, et al. , are Defendants, for the partition
<br /> . of the premises hereinafter described, the undersigned
<br /> Referee, duly appointed by said Court to make partition of
<br /> said real estate, made report in writing, duly signed,
<br /> setting forth that partition of said real estate could not
<br /> be made without great prejudice to the owners thereof,. which
<br /> report was duly examin�d by the Court and said Court, being
<br /> satisfied therewith, confirmed the same and thereupon made
<br /> an order directing the undersigned Referee to sell said
<br /> premises on the following terms, to-wit: 20% cash and the
<br /> balance upon confirmation.
<br /> In pursuance of said order, the undersigned Referee,
<br /> after giving bond and taking the oath required b.y law, caused
<br /> a notice to be published in the Grand Island Daily Independ-
<br /> ent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, that said Referee would offer said real
<br /> estate for sale in the main corridor on the ground floor of
<br /> the Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, on the 16th day of February, 1973, at 2:00 P.M, of
<br /> • said day, and at the time and place stated in said notice ,
<br /> and after said notice had been published for more than four
<br /> weeks, such real estate, to-wit:
<br /> East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E2SW4) of Section
<br /> Fourteen (14) , Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven
<br /> (11) West of the Sixth (6th). P.M. , in Hall County, �
<br /> Nebraska, subject to easement in favor of Nebraska
<br /> Public Power District as recorded in Book 22, at
<br /> , Page 229 of the records of the Register of Deeds of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> was offered for sale at public auction and sold to Robert W.
<br /> Koepp for the sum of $82,100.00, he being the highest bidder
<br /> therefor, and afterwards on the lst day of March, 1973, I reported
<br /> said sale to the Court" and on the said lst day of March, 1973,
<br /> said �ourt approved and confirmed said sale and ordered and
<br /> directed the undersgned Referee to execute and deliver to Robert
<br /> W. Koepp a deed conveying such real estate to him.
<br /> , NOW, THEREFORE, I, Richard Huber, Referee, also known as
<br /> Richard L. Huber, Referee, in consideration of the sum of
<br /> $82,100.00 so bid and paid and by virtue. of the power vested
<br /> in me by law, do sell, vest and grant unto Robert W. Koepp tlie
<br /> following described real estate, to-wit:
