<br /> EXECUTORS' DEED
<br /> THIS DEED entered into this Q'�day of March, 1973, by
<br /> and between JOHN WEGNER and HERBERT V. ROESE32, Executors under
<br /> the Last Will and Testament of Anna Wegner, Deceased, Grantor,
<br /> and JOHN WEGNER, of Hall County, Nebraska, Grantee.
<br /> WITNESS that the Grantors being the duly appointed, qualified
<br /> and acting Executors of the estate of Anna Wegner, Deceased,
<br /> under her Last Will and Testament, admitted to probate in the
<br /> County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, by virtue of the power
<br /> and authority granted them under said Will, and in consideration
<br /> of the sum of Thirty-Two Thousand One Hundred Fifty and No/100
<br /> Dollars ($32,150.00) to them paid by Grantee, receipt whereof
<br /> is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant, bargain,
<br /> sell, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee and
<br /> to his assigns forever, the following described real estate,
<br /> to-wit:
<br /> The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4SE1/4)
<br />''I of Section Thirty-Six (36) , Tow.nship Twelve (12) North,
<br /> Range Ten (10) , West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurte--
<br /> nances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and also all
<br /> of the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
<br /> and demand whatsoever, which the said Testatrix had at the time of
<br /> her decease, and which the said Grantors have by virtue of the said
<br /> Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of in or to the above granted
<br /> premises, and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances;
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises with the hereditaments
<br /> and appurtenances thereof unto the said Grantee and to his heirs
<br /> and assigns forever.
<br /> Grantors for themselves, their successors, heirs, executors
<br /> and administrators covenant with the Grantee that they are lawfully
<br /> the Executors under the Last Will and Testament of Anna Wegner, Deceased;
<br /> that they are lawfully seized of said premises; that said premises
<br /> are free from encumbrance except as excepted above, and that they �
<br /> have power to convey the same; that they have in all respects acted,
<br /> in making this conveyance, pursuant to the authority granted under
<br /> the Last Will and Testament of Anna Wegner, Deceased, that they have
<br /> not dnne, made or suffered any act., matter or thing whatsoever, since
<br /> they have been Executors of said estate, whereby said premises or
<br /> any part thereof, are, shall or may be impressed, charqed, or
<br /> encumbered in any manner whatsoever.
