<br /> THIS DEED entered into this =z���day of March, 1973, by and
<br /> betweeri JOHN WEGNER and HERBERT V. ROESER, Executors under the
<br /> Last Will ;and Testament of Anna. Wegner, Deceased, Grantor, and FRITZ
<br /> WEGNER, of Hall County, Nebraska, Grantee.
<br /> WITNESS that the Grantors being the duly appointed, qualified
<br /> and acting Executors of the estate of Anna Wegner, Deceased, under
<br /> her Last Will and Testament, admitted to probate in the County•
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, by virtue of the power and authority
<br /> granted them under said Will, and in consideration of the sum of
<br /> Fifty-Four Thousand and No/l00 Dollars ($54,000.00) to them paid
<br /> by Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these '
<br /> presents grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, convey and confirm
<br /> unto the Grantee and to his assigns forever, the following described
<br /> real estate, to-wit:
<br /> The Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Twenty-four (24) ,
<br /> Township Twelve (Y2) North, Range Ten �10) , West of the
<br /> 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and
<br /> also all of the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession,
<br /> claim and demand whatsoever, which the said Testatrix had at the
<br /> time of her decease, and which the said Grantors have by virtue
<br /> of the said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of in or to
<br /> the above granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof with
<br /> the appurtenances;
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises with the hereditaments
<br /> and appurtenances thereof unto the said Grantee and to his heirs
<br /> and assigns forever.
<br /> Grantors for themselves, their successors, heirs, executors
<br /> .and administrators covenant with the Grantee that they are lawfully
<br /> the Executors under the Last Will and Testament of Anna Wegner,
<br /> Deceased; that they are lawfully seized of said premises; that
<br /> said premises are free from encumbrance except: as excepted above,
<br /> and that they have power to convey the same; that they have in
<br /> all respects acted, in making this conveyance, pursuant to the
<br /> authority granted them under the Last Will and Testament of Anna
<br /> Wegner, Deceased, that they have not done, made or suffered any
<br /> act, matter or thing whatsoever, since they have been Executors
<br /> of said estate, whereby said premises or any part thereof, are,
<br /> shall or may be impressed, charged, or encumbered in any manner
<br /> whatsoever.

<br /> Deed, and they acknowledged their execution thereof to be their
<br /> voluntary act and deed as such Executors for the purposes therein
