<br /> acting co-executors of said estate on this date, and in pursuance of the power and

<br /> (16) , in Block One (1) , in Koehler Place, an Addition
<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> together with a11 the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belong-
<br /> ing; and also aIl the right, estate, title, interest, property, possession, claim
<br /> and demand whatsoever, which the said testatrix had in her lif etime, and at the
<br /> time of decease, in whicY> the said grantors have by virtue of the said Last Will
<br /> and Testament, or otherwise, of, in or to the above granted premises and every

<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described property with all of the riereditaments
<br /> and ap�urtenances tr�ereof, unto tr�e said grantees, as joint tenants, and not as
<br /> tenants in common, and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns, of the
<br /> survivor of them, forever.
<br /> The said grantors, for themselves, their successors, heirs, assigns, �xecu-
<br /> tors and administrators, do covenant, promise and undertake to and with the
<br /> grantees, their assigns and heirs, that they are the lawful co-executors of the
<br /> Last Will and Testament of �Ielinda S. Hopkins, deceased, and have power to con-
<br /> vey as aforesaid, and have in all respects, acted, in making Chis conveyance, in
<br /> pursuance of tr:e authority granted in and by the said Last Will and Testament; and
<br /> that they have not made, done or suffered any act, matter or thing whatsoever,
<br /> since they were co-executors, as aforesaid, whereby the above granted premises, or
<br /> any part thereof, are, shall or may be impeached, charged or encumbered, in any
<br /> manner whatsoever, and the grantors hereby covenant that the premises are f ree and
<br /> clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied agains,t the
<br /> estate of Melinda S. Hopkins, deceased, but subject to any easements of record.
