<br /> BRUNO F. LUETH AND MAUDE S. LUETH, his wife, herein called
<br /> the Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of TWENTY-
<br /> FIVE THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($25,500.00) received
<br /> from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell; convey and confirm
<br /> unto: ELSIE V. MARKWORTH, an undivided one-third (1/3rd) and to
<br /> ROBERT MARKWORTH, KENNETH D. MARKWORTH, JOY ELAI�IE DANNER,
<br /> JEANETTE HERALD, BETTY MARIE MAR'QUIS, JOAN LORRAINE LYNCH, CAROL
<br /> JANE HATCHER AND MELVIN MARTIN MARKWORTH, an undivided one-twelfth
<br /> (1/12th) each, being the heirs at law of Henry C. Markworth,
<br /> Deceased, as adjudicated and determined by the County Court of
<br /> Merrick County, Nebraska, on December 29, 1970, herein called the
<br /> Grantee, whether one or more, the following described real
<br /> property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> Lots Four (4) , Five (5) , Six (6) , Seven (7) and Eight
<br /> (8) , the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br /> (NW4SE4) and the South Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br /> (SZSW4) , all in �ection Fifteen (15), in Township Ten
<br /> (10) North, Ra.nge Nine (9) West of the Sixth (6th)
<br /> P.M. , Hall Co�snty, Nebraska, according to the survey
<br /> of October 10, 1895, filed January 11, 1896 and re-
<br /> corded on Page 78 of Book J of the Miscellaneous
<br /> Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, except that part thereof con-
<br /> veyed to the State of Nebraska and described in the
<br /> deed recorded in �iook 71 on Page 158 of Deed Records
<br /> in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall �ounty,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLU the above described premises, together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br /> belonging unto the Grantee and to the GranteeTs heirs and assigns
<br /> forever.
<br /> AND the Grantor does hereby convenant with the Grantee and
<br /> with Granteets heirs and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seized
<br /> of said premises ; that they are free from encumbrances or liens
<br /> thereon attributable to the Grantor, but subject to any unpaid �
<br /> taxes becoming a lien subsequent to January l, 1961, and any
<br /> encumbrances or liens thereon attributable to the Grantee and
<br /> Henry Markworth and subject to the exception hereinbefore� set
<br /> ' forth; that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to con-
<br /> vey the same; and that Grantor caarrants and will defend the title
<br /> to said premises as against the lawful claims of all persons
<br /> whomsoever.
