<br /> tion of�LOVE and AFFECTION received from Grantees, does grant, bargain, sell , con-

<br /> and that part of the Northerly Fifty-two (52) Feet of such Lot Five (5) described
<br /> as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of such Lot Five (5) , thence
<br /> Westerly Thirteen (13) Feet along the Northerly line of such Lot Five (5), thence
<br /> Southerly Forty (40) Feet along a line perpendicular to such Northerly lot line
<br /> and parallel to the Easterly line of such lot, thence Westerly Nine (9) Feet along
<br /> a line parallel to the Northerly line of such lot,� thence Southerly Twelve (12)

<br /> include all of the building wall situated upon the Westerly Six (6) Inches, more
<br /> or less, of the Easterly Twenty-two (22) Feet, and the Easterly Six (6) Inches,
<br /> more or less, of the center Twenty-two (22) Feet of such Lot Five (5) , including
<br /> the interest of Albert McDowell in the Party-Wall located on the Easterly line
<br /> of the above described lot.
<br /> to have and to ho1d the above described premises, together with all tenements
<br /> hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantees and to their
<br /> ' assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever.
<br /> And Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantees and with their assigns
<br /> and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them that Grantor is lawfully
<br /> seised of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance
<br /> that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that
<br /> Grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful
<br /> claims of all persoris whomsoever.
<br /> It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of
<br /> either of the Grantees, the entire fee title to this real property shall vest in
<br /> the surviving Grantee.
