<br /> the following real estate in Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described

<br /> two hundred sixty-two (262) feet of the east two hundrad ninety-
<br /> two (292) feet of Lot Twenty-seven (27), the aforesaid being in
<br /> the County Subdivision of the West Ha1f of the Southwest Quarter

<br /> (9) West of the 6th P,M. , Hall County, Nebraska, all of the afore-
