<br /> ditioned, that the City of Grand Island reserves the South

<br /> be used to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, re-
<br /> place, and remove sanitary sewer mains, overhead and underground
<br /> electric distribution lines, telephone lines, manholes, and other
<br /> appurtenances therefor in, upon, over, underneath and through said
<br /> described easement area; and the West Five (5) Feet of the East

<br /> head and underground electric distribution lines, manholes, and

<br /> grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns forever.

<br /> tee's heirs and assigns that grantor is lawfully seised of said premises;
<br /> that they �.re free from encumbrance; that grantor has good right and law-
<br /> ful authority to convey the same; and that grantor warrants and will defend
