M. , <br /> on October 24, 1972, a Special Meeting was ca]_1ed by the Board of Edu- <br /> cation of School District 1-R of Hall and Pderrick County, Nebraska, <br /> pursuant to Notice given by the said Board of Education in The Grand <br /> Island Daily Independent in compliance with the law pertaining to <br /> notices, and that the following Resolution was approved by a majority <br /> vote of the patrons and taxpayers of the district present as follows: _ � <br /> � <br /> It is moved by a member of the Board of Education of School <br /> District 1-R of Hall and Merrick County, Nebraska, that the <br /> surplus property consisting o£ old School District 7 East, <br /> 7 West, No. 56, No. 71, No. 15 and No. 32, be sold to the <br /> adjoining landowner pursuant to the suggestions made at the <br /> Annual Meeting by the patrons assembled at the Annual Meet- <br /> ing for a sum of Five-Hundred Fifty Dollars ($550.00), that <br /> being the fair, sppraised value of the real estate involved <br /> in the above numbered districts, the only excepticn thereto F <br /> will be District No. 1F which we offered to the adjacent land- ; <br /> owner for the sum of Eight-Hundred Dollars ($800.00), being . ; <br /> the fair, appraised value of it, together with the appraisal <br /> expenses and so forth. <br /> That the results of the action of' the patrons were fifty (50) of <br /> the Patrons for, and twenty-six (26) against, The Board declared the <br /> Resolution to be approved by the assembled patrons and taxpayers. <br /> That pursuant to the authority granted to the Board of Education of <br /> School District 1-R of Hall and Merrick County, rlebraska, the sale <br /> was accomplished to the adjacent landowners, and purchases pursuant <br /> to the Resolution were evidenced by the attached Quit Claim Deed to <br /> the purchasers, adjacent landowners, as provided in the Resolution. <br /> That Quit Claim Deeds were executed to the purchasers pursuant <br /> . to the authority co�tained in said Res�ti9n of Oct�er 2�, 1972. <br /> � i <br /> , � �,W <br /> L . <br /> . � Y I , A iant <br /> d ` <br /> SUBSCRIBED and sworn to before me this � ""day of December, 1972. <br /> �-�., <br /> _ -y �� � <br /> .
