<br /> Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, ;
<br /> Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: �
<br /> The north eighty (80) feet of the Northeast Quarter of
<br /> the Southwest Quarter (NE4SW4) , and the west one hundred
<br /> ninety (190) feet of the north eighty (80) feet of the
<br /> Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW%SE%) , all .
<br /> of the aforesaid being in said Section Twenty-two (22) ,
<br /> containing 2.8 acres, more or less, as shown on Exhibit
<br /> "A" , dated 10/31/72, attached hereto and incorporated
<br /> herein by reference.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together with all
<br /> tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
<br /> Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever, however, it is
<br /> understood and agreed that this conveyance is made for the purpose of
<br /> establishing and maintaining a public road. Grantee covenants to
<br /> establish the public road within a reasonable time and continuously
<br /> maintain the same thereafter and a breach of either of these covenants
<br /> shall cause the title of the real estate to revert to Grantor.
<br /> The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's
<br /> successors and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seised of said premises;
<br /> that they are free from encumbrance except easements of record; that
<br /> Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that
<br /> Grantor warrants and will defend the title to said pfemises against the
<br /> lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
