<br /> � � KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that DEAN HINKSON and FLORENCE HINKSON,
<br /> husband and wife, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and Exchange
<br /> of real. estate, in hand paid, do hereby GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL, CONVEY and
<br /> CONFIRM unto FRANKLIN MYERS and SARAH MYERS, husband and wife, the follow-
<br /> ing described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit :
<br /> The East half of the Southeast quarter of Section 25, Town-
<br /> ship 12, Range 12, containing 80 acres, more or less. Except
<br /> rights of ways for public and private roads, as novl located.
<br /> Together with all the tenaments, hereditaments, and appurtenanc_es to the
<br /> same belonging and all the estate, title, dower, right of homestead, claim
<br /> or demand whatsoever of the said DEAN HINKSON and FLORENCE HINKSON, husband
<br /> and wife, of, in, or to the same, or any part thereof.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TG HOLD the above described premises, with .the appurtenances,
<br /> unto the said FRANKLIN MYERS and SARAH MYERS his wife, and unto their heirs
<br /> and assigns forever, and we, the said DEAN HINKSON and FLORENCE HINKSON,
<br /> husband and wife, for ourselves and our heirs, executors, and administrators,
<br /> do covenant with the said FRANKLIN MYERS and SARAH MYERS, husband and wife,
<br /> and with their heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized of said
<br /> premises; that they are free from encumbrance; that we have good right and
<br /> lawful authority to sell the same and that we will, and our heirs, executors,
<br /> and administrators, shall, warrant and defend the same unto the said
<br /> FRANKLIN MYERS and SARAH MYERS, husband and wife, and their heirs and assigns �
<br /> forever against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
