<br /> WITNESSI,ETH, that the Grantor, being the duly ppointed, qualified,
<br /> and acting e�ecutor of Elsie Christine Petersen, d ceased, under her
<br /> Last Will an� Testament which was admitted to prob te in the County
<br /> Court of Hal�l County, Nebraska in Estate Nb. 8517, by virtue of the
<br /> power and auEthority granted him under said Wi11, d in consideration
<br /> of the sum o� Eighteen 'l�housand Five Hundred Dolla s ($18,500.00) , to
<br /> him paid by �the Grantees, receipt whereof is hereb acknowledged,does
