<br /> Dorothy Sievers Tooman, formerly Dorothy Sievers, and �ugene Tooman,
<br /> her husband; Elaine Collier and Robert 0. Collier, her busband; Elmer D, Stelk �
<br /> and' Nola SteLk, his wife; and Evelyn Diekman and Harry'Diekman., her husband,
<br /> herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of Nine
<br /> Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($9,500.00) recived fxom grantees, does grant,
<br /> bargain, sell convey and confirm unto William R. Rotherham and Mary Celeste
<br /> Rotherham, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship,
<br /> and not as tenants in common, the following described real property in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska:
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter
<br /> (SW4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North, •
<br /> Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the west line of said Section
<br /> Fourteen (14), said point being Two Hundred Thirty-Four and
<br /> Four Tenths (234.4) feet north of the southwest corner of
<br /> said Section Fourteen (14); thence northerly along the west
<br /> line of said Section Fourteen (14), a distance of One Hundred
<br /> Seventy (170.0) feet; thence easterly parallel to the South
<br /> line of said Section Fourteen (14), a distance of Two Hundred
<br /> Sixty (260.0) feet; thence southerly parallel to the west line
<br /> ' of said Section Fourteen (14), a distance of One Hundred
<br /> Seventy (170.0) feet; thence westerly parallel to the South
<br /> line of said Section Fourteen (14), a distance of Two Hundred
<br /> Sixty (260.0) feet to the place of b�nning and containing
<br /> 1.015 acres, more or less.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with
<br /> all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
<br /> ' grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor
<br /> of them forever.
<br /> And grantor does hereby covenant with the grantees and with their
<br /> assigns and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them that grantor
<br /> is lawfully seised of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance
<br /> and that grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br /> and that grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against
<br /> the Iawful claims of all persons whomsoever. �
<br /> It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the
<br /> death of eitheX of the grantees, the entire fee title to this real property
<br /> shall vest in the surviving grantee.
