<br /> William R, Farrall and Dorothy H. Farrall, his wife,

<br /> received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm unto David A. Ellington

<br /> SUBJECT TO THE RESTRICTION that the premises shall not
<br /> be used for any purpose which produces dust, abrasive
<br /> . or other granular particles in the air outside of any
<br /> building erected thereon.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments
<br /> and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns
