Kleier, an unmarried woman, as Trustor on March 30, 2005, <br />in which Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., was named <br />as Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on April <br />15, 2005 at Instrument No. 200503300 in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned <br />to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association on February 15, 2012 <br />by assignment recorded on in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />�ayments as thev became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the <br />date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default . Trustor <br />may make payment to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association of <br />the amount needed to bring this obligation current.
