The <br /> motion was seconded by Ed Lechner. The President called for discussion on <br /> the question and there was no discussion. <br /> The question was called for. A11 present voted aye. There were <br /> no nays, The President of the Council declared the motion carried unanimously. <br /> The meeting was adjourned. <br /> No other business was transacted at the meeting. <br /> 6.
