<br /> • WHEREAS by Article SEVENTH of the Last Will and Testament of
<br /> DALE M. YOUNG, deceased, a Trust was created which Trust was of the
<br /> real estate described hereinafter and was to terminate on the 25th
<br /> birthday of WILLIAM CHARLES YOUNG by distribution free of Trust to
<br /> WILLIAM CHARLES YOUNG; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, WILLIAM CHARLES YOUNG having attained his 25th birth-
<br /> day on October 9, 1971, the County Court of Buffalo County on April
<br /> �!, 1972, in the matter of the Estate of DALE M. YOUNG, directed the
<br /> undersigned to distribute the assets of said Trust to WILLIAM CHARLES
<br /> YOUNG. '
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT;:
<br /> That JOHN D. WOLF, TRUSTEE, of Kearney, Buffalo County, Nebraska,
<br /> does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto WILLIAM
<br /> CHARLES YOUNG the following described premises in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> The Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township g North,
<br /> Range g, West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> except a tract of land situated in the Northeast corner
<br /> of the Northeast Quarter thereof, more particularly de- •
<br /> scribed as follows : Beginning at the 1/4 Section
<br /> corner on the North side of said Section 4, running
<br /> thence South along and upon the North-South one-half
<br /> Section line through said Section 4 a distance of
<br /> 417.4 feet. Thence West parallel with the North line
<br /> of said Northwest Quarter of said Section 4 a distance
<br /> of 417. 4 feet . Thence North parallel with the said
<br /> one-half Section line through said Section 4 a dis-
<br /> tance of 417. 4 f'eet to a point on the North line of
<br /> . said Northwest Quarter. Thence East along and upon
<br /> said North line of the Northwest �uarter of said
<br /> Section 4 a distance�of 417 .4 feet to the point of
<br /> beginning, containing 4 acres more or less . And,
<br /> subject to easements, restrictions , reservations and
<br /> leases of record,
<br /> together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging, and the Grantor
<br /> covenants to warrant and defend the said premises against any acts
<br /> of the Grantor.
