<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
<br /> That whereas, in an action of partition pending in the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Irene Heupel Siebels and
<br /> Harry Siebels are plaintiffs and LeRoy Gene Heupel, et al. , are
<br /> defendants, for the partition of the premises hereinafter described,
<br /> undersigned Referee, duly appointed by said Court to make partition
<br /> of said real estate, made report in writing, duly signed, setting
<br /> forth that partition of said real estate could not be made without
<br /> great prejudice to the owners thereof, which report was duly
<br /> examined by the Court, and the Court, being satisfied therewith,
<br /> confirmed the same and thereupon made an Order directing the
<br /> undersigned Referee to sell said premises on the following terms,
<br /> to-wit: 20% cash at the time of sale and the balance on confirma-
<br /> tion.
<br /> In pursuance of said Order, the undersigned Referee, after
<br /> giving bond and taking the oath required by law, caused notice to
<br /> be published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper
<br /> printed and in general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, that
<br /> said Referee would offer said real estate for sale in the Lobby,
<br /> lower level of the Courthouse, in Grand Island, Hall County, Ne-
<br /> braska, on the 9th day of March, 1972, at 2:00 p.m, of said day,
<br /> and at the time and place stated in said notice, and after said
<br /> ' notice had been published for more than thirty days, the following
<br /> described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> The Northeast Quarter �(NE 4) of 5ection Twenty-
<br /> One (21), Township 'Itaelve (12) North, Range
<br /> Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska,
<br /> was offered for sale at public auction and sold to Ruth Vieth for
<br /> the sum of Sixty Thousand Eight Hundred and No/100 Dollars
<br /> ($60,800.00), she being the highest bidder therefor, and there-
<br /> after and on the 13th �lay of March, 1972, I reported said sale
<br /> to the Court, and on the 30th day of March, 1972, said Court ap-
<br /> proved and conf irmed said sale and ordered and directed the
<br /> undersigned Referee to� execute and deliver to Ruth Vieth a deed
<br /> conveying such real estate to her.
<br /> NOW, T'HEREFORE, I, Thomas A. Wagoner, Referee, in considera-
<br /> . tion of the sum of Sixty Thousand Eight Hundred and No/100 Dollars
<br /> ($60,800.00), so bid and paid, and by virtue of the power vested
<br /> in me by law, do sell, vest, and grant unto Ruth Vieth the follow-
<br /> ing described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> The Northeast Quarter (NE 4) of Section Twenty-
<br /> One (21), Township Twelve (12) North, Range
<br /> Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska,
<br /> together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging.
