<br /> the Grantors, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and exchange of
<br /> real estate received from Grantee, do grant, bargain, se11, convey and
<br /> confirm unto BETTY HELEN BREDTHAUER, herein called th'e Gran�ee, the
<br /> following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br /> also sometimes referred to as the East Eighty
<br /> , (80) acres of the East Half of the 5outhwest
<br /> Quarter (EZSW%) of Section Eighteen (18) , Town-
<br /> ship Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) , West
<br /> . of the 6th P.M. �
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the above described premises together with
<br /> all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br /> the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> And the Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantee and with
<br /> Grantee's heirs and assigns that Grantors are lawfully seised of said
<br /> premises; that they are free from encumbrance except the unpaid balance
<br /> due on the purchase price under the terms of a contract of purchase
<br /> recorded in Book 22 of the Miscellaneous Records, page 349, which
<br /> Grantors agree to pay when due; that Grantors have good right and
<br /> lawful authority to convey the same; and that' Grantors warrant and
<br /> will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of
<br /> all persons whomsoever.
