<br /> HESTER �ARPER, an unremarried widow (called "grantor") , for
<br /> correcting the error of the description in the Warranty Deed
<br /> dated April 28, 1954, filed in the Office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 19, 1954, recorded in
<br /> Book 110 of Deeds, at page 368, grants, transfers, and conveys to
<br /> NELSON T. BRITTIN and MABLE M. BRITTIN, as joint tenants and not
<br /> as tenants in common (called "grantees") the following described
<br /> real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> Lots Thirty-Three (33) and Thirty-Five (35) in Foster's
<br /> Subdivision of Lots Eleven (llj and Twelve (12) of Wood
<br /> Lawn Subdivision of part of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br /> Northeast Quarter (SE4NE4) and part of the Northeast
<br /> Q.uarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE;SE4) of Section
<br /> Twenty-Four (24) in Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br /> , � ' Twelve (12) , West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded.
