<br /> Alice M. Gulzow, husband and wife as joint tenants, not tenants in common, with the

<br /> Grantees, their successors and assigns.

<br /> part, heirs, personal representatives and assigns forever free, clear and discharged of and
<br /> from all former grants, charges, taxes, judgments, mortgages and other liens and
