<br /> Executor under the Last Will and Testament of Gertrude E. Seiler, de-
<br /> ceased,` herein called the Grantor, under the authority granted it to
<br /> sell real estate under the Last Will and Testament of Gertrude E. Seiler,
<br /> deceased, which Wi11 is being probated in the County Court of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska in Estate No. 8248, and in the further consideration
<br /> of the sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00) , receipt whereof
<br /> is hereby acknowledged from the Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell,
<br /> convey, and confirm unto H. & H. Land Company, and to its assigns
<br /> forever, Grantee, the following described real estate in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska:
<br /> Fractional Lot Six (6) , in Fractional B1ock Sixteen (16) , in �
<br /> Baker's Addition, a.nd its complement, to-wit: Fractional
<br /> Lot 5ix (6) , in Fractional B1ock One (1) , in Woodbine Addition,
<br /> both being additions to the City of Gra nd Island, Nebraska,
<br /> sub,ject to easements of record,
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all
<br /> tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
<br /> Grantee and to its assigns,
<br /> And the Grantor hereby covenants that it is lawf ully the executor
<br /> under the Last Will and Testament of Gertrude E. Seiler, deceased, and
<br /> has power to convey said real estate; that said premises are free from
<br /> liens and encumbrances, including any lien or encumbrance caused by
<br /> any claim f or any estate, ; inheritance or personal taxes levied against
<br /> the estate pf Gertrude E. Seiler, deceased, unpaid claims or claims for
<br /> attorney fees, executor fees, .or court costs, and that it has in all
<br /> respects acted in making this conveyance, pursuant with the authority
<br /> granted in and by the said Last Will and Testament of Gertrude E. geiler, �
<br /> deceased, and that it has not made, done or suffered any act, manner or
<br /> thing whatsoever, since it was executor as aforesaid, whereby the above,
