<br /> Washington, D. C., Grantor, �fn eonsideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
<br /> and other valuable considerations in hand paid, does hereby grant, bargain, sell

<br /> joint tenants, and not as tenants in common, the foilowing described real property

<br /> has good right and lawful authority to sell the same, and that the said Secretary
<br /> of Housing and Urban Development, will, and his successors and assigns, shall,
<br /> WARRANT and DEFEND the same unto the named Grantees and unto their assigns and the
<br /> heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, forever, against the lawful claims and
<br /> demands of ali persons claiming by, through or under them, and against no ot.her
<br /> claims or demands.
<br /> SUB3ECT to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions
