<br /> CHRISTET�TSEN CONCRETE PRODUCTS, a Partnersnip, herein called
<br /> the Grantor, in consicleration of One Dollar and otner good and
<br /> sutficient consideration, received from Grantees, does grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, canvey and confirm unto CLAUDE L. TERRILL and
<br /> SY�IL R. TERRILL, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right
<br /> of survivorship and not as tenants in common, the follo�aing described �
<br /> real property in Hall County, Nebraska: �
<br /> Lot One (1) , Block Four (4) , in Pleasant View Addition �
<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. �

<br /> This deed is to correct the error made in having this real "
<br /> estate conveyed to the Grantees herein by deed executed by Christensen
<br /> Concrete Products, Inc. , a corporation, {recorded in Book 128,
<br /> page ;21) , said real estate being in fact owned by Grantor herein,
<br /> a partnership, and was intended to name the partnership as Grantor. �
<br /> TO HAVE AND TU i-FOLD the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, tiereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br /> unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns '
<br /> of the survivor of them forever. �
<br /> And Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantees and with
<br /> tneir assigns and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor �
<br /> of them tPiat Grantor is lawfully seised of said premises.; that ±
<br /> they were free from encumbrance on August 29, 1959; that Grantor
<br /> has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that
<br /> Grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against
<br /> tne lawful claims of a11 persons.whomsoever.
<br /> It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event
<br /> of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple
