<br /> _ the Grantor whether one or more, in cpnsideration of Two Thousand
<br /> Two' Hundred Seventy-�ive and No/100 Dollars ($2, 275.00) and other
<br /> good and valuable consideration received from Grantees, does grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto CARL PAPE and ADELINE 'YAPE,
<br /> husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common
<br /> with rigtit of survivorship, the following described real property

<br /> Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br /> Southwest Quarter (SE4SW4) of said 5ection Twer�ty-
<br /> Six (26) , thence running North 13 Rods, 8 Feet,
<br /> thence West 13 Rods, 8 Feet, thence South 13 Rods,
<br /> 8 Feet, thence East 13 Rods, 8 Feet, containing
<br /> 181 Square Rods, more or less.
<br /> To have,:and to hold the above described premises together wi�th

<br /> the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of

<br /> from encumbrance, that Grantor has good right and lawful authority

<br /> It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of
<br /> the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple title to
<br /> the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee.
