EXECUTOR1S DEED
<br /> THIS DEED made and executed this 25th day of February, 1972,
<br /> b�y and between GIILLIAM T. GREEN, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, Executor under the Last �i11 and Testament of Rosabel
<br /> McDonald, Deceased, late of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska,
<br /> Party of the First Part, and E. J. BURKE and FRIEDA M. BURKE,
<br /> husband and wife, Parties o.f the Second Part.
<br /> W I T N E S S E T H:
<br /> That the Party of the First Part, being the duly appointed, .
<br /> qualifie3 and acting Executor of the Estate of Rosabel McDonald,
<br /> Deceased, under her Last Will and Testament, which is of record
<br /> in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, under and by virtue
<br /> of the power and authority granted to him under such Will, and in
<br /> consideration of the sum of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100
<br /> DOLLARS ($7,500.00) to him paid by the Parties of the Second Part,
<br /> receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents,
<br /> grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
<br /> the Parties of the Second Part, as joint tenants, with the right
<br /> of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following des-
<br /> cribed real estate situate in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska,
<br /> to-wit:
<br /> Lots One Hundred Seven (107) and One Hundred Eight
<br /> (108) , in Hawthorne Place., being a subdivision of
<br /> a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section
<br /> Twenty-Two (22) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br /> Nine (9) West of the Sixth (6th) 1'.M. , Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, �
<br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
<br /> thereto and also all of the estate, right, title, interest,
<br /> property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever which the said
<br /> Rosabel McDonald had; in her lifetime and at the time of her death
<br /> and which the Party of the First Part has, by virtue of said Last
<br /> Wi11 and Testament, or otherwise, of, in, or to the above granted
<br /> ' premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto be-
<br /> longing unto the Second Parties and to their assigns or to the
<br /> heirs and assigns of the survivor of them f orever.
<br /> And I, William T. Green, for myself, my heirs, executors, .
<br /> and administrators do covenant, promise and agree to and with the
<br /> Parties of fhe .Second Part that I am lawfu.11y the Executor of the
<br /> Last Will and Testament of Rosabel McDonald, Deceased, and that as
<br /> ' such, I am lawfully seized of said premises, that said premises
<br /> are free from encumbrances, and that I have the power to convey
<br /> as aforesaid and have acted in making this conveyance in pursuance
<br /> of the authority granted in and by such Last Will and Testament,
<br /> and that I have not made, done or suffered any act, matter or
