<br /> � CORRECTIVE EXECUTORS' DEED
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY TI�SE PRESENTS that PHYLLIS RAY NYDEN and
<br /> THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, a Corporation, of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska, Executors of the Last Will and Testament of Leroy
<br /> E. Ray, deceased, hereinafter called First Parties and THE DIAMOND •
<br /> ENGINEERING COMPANY, a Nebraska Corporation, with principal offices
<br /> in Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter called Second Party:
<br /> WITNESSETH; that grantors previously gave an executors'
<br /> deed covering the following described property, but that due to a
<br /> scrivener' s error, one sic?e of the second description was stated
<br /> twice, and that this corrective deed is given for the same identical
<br /> and for no additional consideration, and this deed is given for the
<br /> sole purpose of correcting said second description; that the First
<br /> Parties are the duly qualified and acting executors of the estate of
<br /> Leroy E. Ray, deceased, and that under his Last Will and Testament
<br /> which is of record in the office of the County Court of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and by virtue of the power and authority granted and con-
<br /> ferred upon them under the said Will, and in consideration of the
<br /> sum of SIXTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 ($16,625,00)
<br /> DOLLARS, to them paid and contracted for by Second Party, does by
<br /> these presents grant, sell, remise, convey and confirm unto the
<br /> said Second Party, and its successors and assigns forever, all the
<br /> following real estate in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Two tracts of land in the Southeast Quarter of the
<br /> Northwest Quarter (SEqNW4) of Section Twenty-one
<br /> (21) , Township Eleven (11) ; North, Range Nine (9) ,
<br /> West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> more particularly described as follows:
<br /> (1) Beginning at a point where the South line of
<br /> Anna Street of the City of Grand Island intersects
<br /> the North and South line of Section Twenty-one (21) ,
<br /> thence in a southwesterly direction along the South
<br /> line of Anna Street a distance of Six Hundred Forty-
<br /> one feet (641' ) , thence in a Southeasterly direction
<br /> along the center line of Monroe Street, if extended,
<br /> for a distance of Three Hundred feet (300' ) , thence
<br /> at right angles in a southwesterly direction, parallel
<br /> with the Southerly boundary line of Anna Street, in
<br /> said City for a distance of Two Hundred Eighteen (218' )
<br /> ' thence at right angles in a Northwesterly direction,
<br /> parallel witYi the center line of Monroe Street if
<br /> extended, for a distance of Three Hundred Feet (300' )
<br /> thence at right angles in a Northeasterly direction
<br /> upon and along the Southerly boundary line of Anna
<br /> Street for a distance of T�ao Hundred Eighteen feet
<br /> (218' ) to the place of beginning; and
<br /> (2) Beginning at a point on the southerly line of �
<br /> Anna Street in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, which
<br /> point is 859 feet 5outhwesterly from a point where the
<br /> Southerly line of Anna Street intersects the East
<br /> line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter

<br /> angle and running in a southeasterly direction parallel
