<br /> • Know all men by these presents that, in pursuance of an Order
<br /> of the Hon. Donald H. Weaver, Judge of the District Court of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, made on the 18th day of November, 1971 , I was li-
<br /> censed by said Judge to sell at public auction in the manner provided
<br /> by law, the real estate hereinafter described; that thereupon, I
<br /> gave notice of the time and place therein specified, after said sale
<br /> had been held open one hour, I sold said real estate, hereinafter
<br /> described, at public auction, to Robert E. Rasher and Erma Jene Rasher,
<br /> husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and
<br /> not as tenants in corr�non, they being the highest bidder therefor;

<br /> that said sale was thereupon reported to said Judge of the District Court
<br /> and by him in all things confirmed, and I was ordered to make a Deed
<br /> of said premises ta said purchaser. '

<br /> J. Lewis, an Incompetent, in consideration of the premises and the
<br /> sum of Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty & No/100 ($6,250.00) Dollars, so •
<br /> bid and paid by Robert E. Rasher and Erma Jene Rasher, and by virtue of �
<br /> the powers intrusted to me by said Order and proceedings, do by these
<br /> : presents grant, sell and convey unto the said Robert E. Rasher and Erma •
<br /> Jene Rasher, husband and wife, as ja�nt tenants' with right of survivorship,
