<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that NELL M. BELTZER, an unremarried
<br /> widow,' of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, for and in consideration of
<br /> the sum of Sixty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($60,000.00), in hand paid does
<br /> hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto DONALD L. KELLY, and AGNES M.
<br /> KELLY, husband and wife, and ROBERT M. KELLY, all three as joint tenants with
<br /> rights of survivorship, hereinafter called the Grantees, the following described
<br /> real estate in Ha11 County, Nebraska, to-wit:
